HORRIBLE!!! Waited 5 WEEKS for a TUNE UP appointment and, the day of the appointment- BY THE WAY, NO WINDOW OF ARRIVAL GIVEN!!!- I made the mistake of telling the representative, ***** that I was scheduled for a tune-up. Within 10 minutes, I got a phone message rescheduling my appointment OUT ANOTHER WEEK!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would!!!!!No Problem- BALONEY!!!! We are sorry you didn't have a great experience with our company. After careful research into this, it appears that you had a Home Warranty cooling system check. We were instructed by the your home warranty to work on emergency no cool calls only. We did what your home warranty company requested. It is unfortunate that we are getting the low star rating as this was out of our control because of the triple digit temperatures we received.No Problem Heating & Cooling Response

They were sent to my home to repair my heater as part of my home warranty. It is now 10 days after the tech came to my house. He stated he could not fix it and that the home warranty company would deny my claim due to rust and previous maintenance. I have called my home warranty company to appeal, as my contract clearly states that the contract covers problems due to rust and previous maintenance.Problem is that after 3 calls from my warranty company, No Problem will not return a call and tell them why they decided to decline my service request. I would avoid these guys like the plague. The tech was so rude, and even suggested I should not let another tech in my house.No Problem Heating & Cooling Response

Please contact your home warranty for more information or explanation of coverages for your claim. Fidelity National Home Warranty contacted this contractor to assess an issue. On May 20th, the No Problem representative called me and stated that she only receives incoming calls and did not know how we were connected then hung up. On May 21st after 3pm on Friday, I received a text to contact No Problem. On Monday, May 24th, I called the number in the text and spoke with a representative who stated that he was not the person who could schedule appointments and that someone would call us back. On Tuesday, May 25th, we called Fidelity to request another contractor, but they stated that they would contact No Problem to resolve. Later the same day, a No Problem representative contacted me and stated that if the system is working, No Problem is not going to do maintenance work. I explained to her that I had the HVAC system inspected and was told that the capacitor/compressors needed to be replaced and to work with my home warranty provider. She proceeded to schedule an appointment for Friday, May 28th. I explained that I am not available after 2pm and that my wife will be away to pick up our child from school after 3pm. She said okay and that the vendor would call 30 minutes before arrival. I received a text message confirming the appointment for May 28th, noon until 5. The vendor, Casey, called and I received a text around 3pm. I explained to him that no one is home as was explained to the representative, but that my wife should be there shortly after he arrives. He arrived at 3:23pm and we spoke through the Ring to clarify eta. Casey left a tag on the door exactly at 3:39pm and he proceeded to drive up the hill according to my Ring. My wife drove up at 3:42pm and waited for him to turn around to which he drove right past her and did not stop. My wife states that he saw her as he was coming down the hill past the house. The garage door was open and she was standing in the driveway. I presume that No Problem did not want our business because Casey arrived in the window that we told the scheduler that we were not available and then he drives past my wife two minutes after he turns around. The confirmation stated noon to 5pm. We were communicating, so I don't understand the poor service. My wife immediately called No Problem and left a message and no one has returned our called. I called the home warranty provider back and requested a new contractor and to dispute the service fee charge. Very unprofessional from the beginning.No Problem Heating & Cooling Response

We are sorry that you had a bad expierience with our company. No Problem Heating & Cooling services thousands of customers anually and try to give each customer above and beyound services. On 2:11 PM 5/25/2021 (first call with CSR) you said that after 12pm would be ok on Friday 5/28/2021. We have the call recorded for quality purposes. There was no discusion or indication that your wife would not be home anytime after 12pm. She was also on the call as a 3 way. On Friday 5/28/2021 at 2:42pm Casey called you, and you indicated that your wife was home, but if she was not she would be in just a few minutes. This was also recorded. Casey called you a third time after waiting at your house for 20 minutes on company overtime on a recorded call. After 3 more minutes he was instructed to exit the service call because Fidelity Warranty Co. would not pay us for a no show. I do not have any other calls from you as indicated by your complaint on this site. All call have been logged and recorded on the service dispatch. I belive we did an ethical service call with you and we have all times and communication logged by GPS, and voice recordings. This can be provided to BBB for proof and evidence that we did everything we could posibly do to get you HVAC services. Some of the statements of calls that were stated to be made were not with No Problem. Maybe your warranty company hung up and told you that we would not do maintenance. We do well over a 1000 maintenance service calls each and every year. You are only going to provide to the BBB the information that you want them to have. The 25th was not the first contact with NPHC to schedule by us or ********. As previously stated, we requested ******** to find a new vendor because of the phone tag, but they continued to call NPHC back and we continued to receive texts to call and schedule. Through all of the confusion, 12-5 window was not a good fit Mon-Fri, but we settled because that was all that was offered. On the 28th, we were communicating through the Ring and over the phone and made no indication that we were a "no show". With all the back and forth, ***** could have at the least started inspecting the outside units or at least stopped and explain why he terminated the visit and provide options as he drove past me. No, everything was not done to provide customer service. We are working with someone else. We did not get the opportunity to experience your world class customer service.Review from Glenda M

No Problem Heating and Cooling is very reliable and professional. Their staff is helpful and takes the time to answer questions and do the job well. I would highly recommend them.
