      I had electrical work done by this company but now the contract is over and they are refusing to close out the contract. I have additional electrical work needing to be done but I would like to use another company and they will not close out my contract.

      Due to the other electrical work completed illegally by a different electrical contractor, **************** will not close the permit at your property. The work that was completed by the other electrical contractor will need to be corrected in order for **************** to close out of the permits. We have made many efforts to assist you with the corrections necessary, but you declined our help and went another route. Please feel free to call the inspector with the phone number we provided to get further details.

      On 2/6/23 I scheduled this company to come out and give me an estimate to put in a new patio light. I ended up getting sick and contacted them ahead of time asking them not to come out on that date they were scheduled to come. I spoke with ****** and she asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said I did not want to reschedule at this time because I didn&#**;t know what was going on with my health. I also asked if I could be refunded the $35 fee since no one from their company came out, and she told me that the fee was nonrefundable. This company did let me know the fee was nonrefundable up front.
