    I contracted Bath Planet of St. Louis to remodel my bathtub into a shower. They came in June and did most of the work, but there are still things that need to get done that they did not do: install a safety bar and shower bar and apply a nonslip coating on the flooring of the shower. I paid for the services the day they completed most of the job, with another contract agreement for ************* that is to be paid after it has been installed. Because we changed a few things in the original contract (to put in a shorter safety bar than what was originally ordered and do not install four of the original shelves), Bath Planet gave me a new quote for what I owed. I have not paid that second quote because I am waiting for them to return to finish the job.I have called the office several times since June, and the secretary tells me each time that no one is available to do the project. I have called the owner who each time promises me that he will look into it or he tells me to call the office. It has been four months that I have not been able to use the shower because I have a handicapped knee and need the safety bar and the nonslip coating in order to shower in there. I tried once and slipped in the shower.I want Bath Planet to call me immediately and schedule a time to finish this project. And show up without canceling.

    ********************* is awesome. I would love to work with him again. 9/10 for him. Professional but down to earth and friendly at the same time. Follows through on his word mostly and if he cant make it he calls and reschedules. Communicates very well. The materials you use look nice. Cost would be the #2 reason I would look to work with someone else in the future. The number one reason would be ****. **** cut corners and did a subpar job. This is from my interactions with him and from the quality of his worked as assessed by 3 separate carpenters including ****. Not the mention the mold issues that are a direct result of his mess up. *************** showed up when he said he would. Always late. No call no shows. No responses. Left a mess. The third complaint I have is the inability to speak to managers and talk to someone specific at your office without going through a laborious process of being transferred from one person to another. I call and a dispatch person answers, then they transfer me to a receptionist lady named ****** (I think) who tells me shell have the person I want to talk to call me. Thats two people I have to go through to speak with someone. Extremely frustrating. And when I asked to speak to a manger or project manager, she refuses give me their number and say she will have him/her call me back and I never did receive a call from them. Poor customer service on that end. Extremely frustrating. Overall experience working with Bath Planet: 5/10. **** and the look of the correctly finished product are the two high points.
