            Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Lariat Automotive Group, LLC.  BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints and customer reviews alleging misleading advertising, failure to cover needed repairs, failure to cancel the contract, failure to provide a refund and poor customer service. 

            On April 6, 2023, BBB sent a letter to Lariat Automotive Group, LLC.  On April 12, 2023, and May 24, 2023, the company responded. The company stated its customer count doubled in size since 2021. The company claims it cancels and refund contracts when consumers call-in and request cancellation.  In addition, Lariat Automotive Group stated it makes every effort to communicate clearly and effectively with all consumers, have updated mail solicitations, and changed its website to make it better for consumers.

            Received a post card containing threatening language, claiming that failure to respond would result in my vehicle being flagged as "high-risk potential pre-existing conditions with mechanical or electrical issues on vehicle"When I contacted them to ask to be removed from their list, they asked why I wouldn't want to **************, a continued scam 3rd party warranty sales tactic. I said I don't do 3rd party warranties because they're a scam, at which point he said "we don't even do electric vehicles, just disregard it.", and immediately hung up on me.Their post card clearly states that it's a *****, that I can take it to "Any Tesla Dealership", so they obviously know it's an electric vehicle since ***** doesn't make anything else. This is just a scam by a scam company.My car is just two weeks old, so

            Dont ever work with this business. I have been calling them over and over to cancel the extended warranty due to already having one from the dealership i purchased my vehicle from and without my permission and consent they have opened my account again and proceeded to give me a new payment plan. I have never experienced anything like this from any so called business its a scam they just trying to take peoples money. I cant believe i have to go through a process to cancel the plan when i have already spoken to them directly.

            To Whom it May *********** called in to set up coverage on March 20, 2024 on your Jeep. You called in to cancel your plan on April 22, 2024 and your account was canceled. Your refund was submitted back to you in full which you will see reflect your account within 3-5 business days from that date. Although we appreciate your opinion, the information you submitted regarding your personal concerns aren't matching what we have on our records as we completed your request days ago. I'm not quite sure how you deemed us "scammers" when we completed your request the day you called in with you on the line. I apologize if you misunderstood the end of the phone call with the agent. If you have any other concerns regarding this matter you may contact customer service at **************. Thank you.
