    Jordan Motors does not comply with the payment plan that is given to you when you purchase a vehicle. The minute you miss a payment or not have proof of insurance they threaten you with them towing your vehicle. They also don't have patients and tell you they want this or that within the hour.

    We comply with the contract the customer signed.  This customer came in last week and traded in this vehicle and signed another contract to stay in business with Jordan Motors.  

    One of the items the customer complained about is insurance.  When the customer drops the insurance we are forced to demand insurance immediately.  They agreed in the contract to never drop the insurance.

    I purchased a 2008 Chevy Silverado from this company approximately 3 months ago. I tried to go and register the vehicle and there was an issue with the title. I contacted this company and they keep they are trying to work on it. Meanwhile, I have a vehicle that's not registered. I can't even sell this vehicle without the title. I even asked to be traded into another vehicle and they said they didn't have anything comparable.

    I called ***** on or around 11/9/22 and explained the situation.  He said he was going to get a hold of you and cancel the complaint.

    When we sold ***** the vehicle we provided him with a title that was traded in by a customer.  He took that title to register the vehicle and was denied because the customer, unbeknownst to us, had ordered a lost title.  ***** let us know what happened and we immediately applied for the correct title.  We, and *****, are waiting on the State of Missouri to issue the correct title.

    When I explained this to ***** he agreed to let you all know he was satisfied.

    I let him know he can carry his paperwork and we can get him a copy of the new title application in case he would be pulled over.

    Mr. ********** has expressed to ***** * *** he was satisfied.  As soon as his title reaches us we will provide it to Mr. **********.
