I don't know what happened to my review. It was apparently somehow removed. Their not a very friendly dealer and when I left a complaint, they wanted it removed. But the didn't want to resolve the issues. Forced to buy a vehicle I did not want. I am a disabled Army Veteran and the **** Edge I was forced into gave me servere back problems. Very uncomfortable car. I can't stand to ride or drive it.

We do not have the ability to remove a BBB review, but the BBB does if they find a review to have no merit.  We do not have the ability to FORCE a customer to buy a vehicle.  As in your case, you drove the vehicle, accepted and agreed on the price, signed the paperwork and drove off after paying for and doing all paperwork. The **** Edge is a great vehicle and normally is very comfortable for most folks.  I will start by saying THANK YOU for your service and if your disability interferes with your comfort in driving your **** Edge, we will be glad to assist you in finding a different vehicle that may be more suitable for your situation.  Thanks for your business and please let us know if you would like to stop by and see what we can offer you that may be more comfortable.

I bought a 2017 **** focus ST I was told it had the ST2 package but it is only a st1 was told it had a salvage title which I was fine with, but I was told it was a ST2 package also when I get to the *** there was a duplicate title so I cannot register the car. I have been fighting tooth and nail with them and they refused to give me the title they said it would be here in three days. It has not been speaking with the owner and I mentioned filing for an attorney so he said that hes done talking to me, terrible place cant even get the title for my car paid cash for it and Im out my money this place is a joke. They buy cars and they throw them out on a lot, not knowing anything about them trying to sell them the first day they get them. They do not care about people at all they also lie about everything would not recommend this place to my worst enemy The law says they have to provide the title so but now I have to go and get legal action so dont ever buy anything from them

****, you could not be further from the ****** You were told upfront that the unit you bought had a prior salvage title, you were told the vehicle was being sold "AS IS", and you were told you could have it inspected anywhere you like, by anyone you like, you drove the vehicle multiple times and you begged for a substantial price discount, of which we gave you. Our price was FAR UNDER MARKET WHOLESALE VALUE. In fact, we did not make any money on the sale of this unit, but rather just sold the unit to **** for EXACTLY what we gave the customer that traded it in. We are a new car dealership and this we an old, high mile, salvaged title, inexpensive car that we had disclosed everything we knew about it to you BEFORE you bought it. The previous customer had lost the title, and we had to apply for a new one. In the State of ******** we have, by State law, 30 days to give you your title. You bought the car on Jan 24, 2025, and you received your new title on Feb 14 2025, which is clearly within the Missouri State law. Our dealership did everything by the book and 100% of everything was handled and disclosed correctly. Additionally, I noticed that you bought the vehicle from us and immediately listed it on ******** Marketplace for $4000 more than we sold it to you for and you listed it as being a great, fantastic vehicle with no issues. If we had not given you such a great deal, far under market value, you would not be able to just buy a car one day, do nothing to it, and list it the next day for $4000 more than you just paid for it, if we had not given you such a great deal on a great, fantastic vehicle with no issues, as you put it. Sometimes people should look in the mirror, as the real ***** might be the guy that buys a car one day and tries to sell it the next day on Marketplace for $4000 more. Thats, you taking advantage of someone. Thanks ***** Sakelaris

Firstly, I have been a customer of this dealership since 2018, but no more. I worked my way up to a Bronco and had some concerns about a slight grinding noise during cold morning starts, which was diagnosed as synchronizing gears in the transmission. Took a couple months to get the parts in, which when on backorder is understandable. However, after the parts had arrived, it took months of scheduling and rescheduling to even get the truck on a lift. Once on the lift, transmission is removed and then they don't have the specialty tool to tear into the transmission. Two more months of waiting since the tool itself is on backorder. The tool finally comes in and they are able to work on the transmission, put it back together and lose a clip for the slave cylinder adapter, find it, then lose it again. Now waiting on a new slave cylinder adapter, backordered of course, and right before the manufacturer strike. Once that part is finally in and everything is put together, there's now grinding shifting into first and third, tear it apart again. This time is gear rings, which weren't bad before but somehow went bad in this process, which makes me start to think they're taking it apart and putting it back together wrong. Fix that and now in neutral it acts as though it's in gear and wants to move forward, take it back apart. Finally get the truck back after Thanksgiving, but it's been sitting so long I need an oil change. Take it elsewhere and am told the transfer case is leaking. Get it scheduled, take it in and they find out so much wrong with the transmission. Metal shavings in the fluid, missing bolts, bolts where they shouldn't be, silicone used where a gasket should be, and the main issue was never fixed. New transmission ordered and getting installed, but it's been OVER A YEAR of this issue and didn't have my vehicle for over five months. Only positive was the gentleman at the service counter working to get me information and keep me informed.

Sakelaris **** in Rolla is a joke! I dropped the car off a day ahead of my appointment because I had another appointment at the same time I was due to bring the car in. When I talked to the service department people about what is wrong with the car, they tell me the mechanic that is suppose to look at the car didnt come into work and they didnt know if he would be there for my appointment on Thursday. I questioned them as to who would look at my car. The service supervisor, who is obviously full of insecurity and emptiness told me ******************** would look at my car. Okay, I brought the car in about a fuse keeps blowing out, which causes the speedometer and other gauges from working. I knew instantly that the service supervisor was trying to downgrade me, beings that I am a female. Thursday came and at 1pm I called and asked about my car. The service department hadnt even looked at my car yet. My appointment was 8am and 1pm the car still sat outside. What a joke! Because I called, they finally pulled my car into the garage. I had given the service department a hand written paper explaining what happened and all the details of what I knew about what was going on with my car. Naturally, no one read it so they want me to explain it on the phone. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I told them to find the paper I wrote and it would explain things. It was there and when they read it, they understood it, duh! Its Friday now and I still dont know anything about whats going on with my car. I can honestly say, this experience has me disgusted beyond what words can say. What has happened to the once good name of ****? Its sad that Denny ****, which is who use to own this dealership, was a name worthy of praise. Denny took excellent care of my cars. I could totally and completely rely on Denny ****. Denny **** was heaven sent. Its sad that something so good could go to h*** in a hand basket. How will this turn out? God sees all things!
