    They sold us this high priced insurance for warranty forever and then when the head gasket blew they said it had contaminants in it and we bought it straight from them and they wouldn't cover it I'm glad this place went out of business!

    My famoly have purchsed 6 vehicles oved the years and they have always stood behind any issues that arised. I just purchased a silverado **** after just purchasing my wife a 2023 Sportage in October. I have purchased 3 now and its always been professionak and friendy service. In 3 purchases I have maybe 3 hours total in Dealership. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

    This dealership is very misleading on their "deals" and "warranty forever" coverage. My husband has a 2020 kia soul that he uses for work. He has always maintained his car. Yesterday we took it to Kingdom Kia because it was dying when it came to a stop. Apparently after looking at it, the said it was going to cost 2500.00 to fix it. And it would not be covered by our warranty forever because my husband started taking it to *******, which by the way is an AUTHORIZED PROVIDER covered under the warranty. However, because we were unaware that each time he had to call and get an approval Kia is refusing to honor the warranty. When a salesman tells you that you can take it anywhere and that ******* is an authorized place, but conveniently leaves out that you have to call for approval everything, that's deceitful and misleading. They offered to of course put us in a new 2023 Kia Soul that listed for 21,000.00 for 31,000 as they would only give us 6,000.00 for our 2020 Kia Soul. Told us it was getting too many miles on it (122,000). Is there anything anyone out here knows what we can do? My husband has never went over his mileage for oil changes. This is so not right.

    Sending out scam flyers to get customers to their business. I understand they want to make money for the company but sending out a flyer and two tabs says winner for $25000 and when I called in it was for only a flyer. Please better business bureau take action on this to make them not do this ever again
