    I've been an Al West Nissan customer since 2017, and they've never let me down. The folks there, whether it's in sales or service, are always so friendly and helpful. What I love most is that they're a true local, family-owned dealership, the last of its kind in Rolla.Whenever I need a new car or service, they're my first choice because I believe in supporting businesses that are deeply rooted in the community. Al West Nissan isn't just a dealership; it's a part of our town's identity.Their dedication to staying independent in a world of corporate takeovers is refreshing. It means a more personal touch when you visit, and it helps keep Rolla unique. If you want great service and want to back a local gem, go to Al West Nissan. They're the real deal.

    I received a Monopoly themed game flier from them in the mail, and according to the flier I had won a 60 tv. However every person I talked to also won a tv according to the flier, but upon walking into the dealership it turned out that we had only won wireless headphones. I appreciated the compensation, but this was clearly a deliberate deception to get people into the dealership. When I walked in I was immediately asked exactly what car I wanted, and how much I would like to pay, even though I had made no indication I was wanting a car, and had clearly shown the flier as the reason I came in. Once they realized I did not want a car their friendliness disappeared. Their cars looked good, and I assume they do good maintenance, but their business practices are misleading and not what I expect from Nissian professionals.
