3 Stone Homes is concerned with sales only. Once you've purchased a home, good luck. As with another review, 3 Stone Homes tells lie after lie. My wife and I bought the best home 3 Stone offered, a Comodore Handicap Accessible model (I have one leg). Cabinet trim off color and falling off, cabinets out of plumb with almost all cabinet doors and drawers misaligned, drawer boxes so bad they need to be rebuilt, all doors either stick or bind and not one is installed plumb...not one! Every single hinge is over mortised (looks like too small a hinge was used) and maybe a half dozen hinge screws are in straight, the other few hundred are all in cockeyed so the doors bind when closing. Fans wired wrong, blinds hung haphazardly, sliding door lock inoperable, roof shingles not repaired and on and on.THE WORST PART: 3 Stone NAILED THE HOUSE TO THE FOUNDATION, NO BOLTS!!! We had to hire a structural engineer to advise us on how to anchor the house to the foundation because 3 Stone would not help us at all! AND the house does not sit square on the foundation! Maybe that's not the worst part: both walls on the Handicap shower are so out of plumb shower doors can't be installed so I CAN'T USE THE SHOWER!!!!!We were told our house would be ready in 6 months - it took ****************************************************** home and storage rent. And 3 Stone just kept feeding us a line of ** and lies. So here we are with nothing fixed and the same old run-around from 3 Stone. Been almost a year now and I can count on my fingers (one hand) how many times 3 Stone has initiated a phone call with us. So good luck with that too.
