Hello. **** has been on my property a lot. He is pushy to get more work. He stopped by and told me he needed to get $500 more work that day. I asked him to trim the trees along the driveway and asked if he could cut a birch log in half lengthwise and he said yes. He knocked on my door and said he needed to get a new chain on his chainsaw and come back. That was months ago. I called many times and texted and he never returned the call. I was going to use this wood for a project and now it is useless. It was from the oldest birch in the county and is priceless. Also, **** says he is an arborist. I asked him to trim the tops off the oaks in my front yard. He said, "no thats not what you want to do, you want to raise them." I said, "No. I want you to clean up dead limbs and trim the top of the tree lower than the roof line so I don't see the business across the street and so its safe in a storm." He did not listen. He raised the limbs and did not trim the top. NOW...our homeowners insurance was just CANCELLED because the limbs are too high!! We are having to pay almost $4000 MORE a year for special homeowners insurance!
