- By signing this document, the customer agrees to the services and conditions outlined in this document. The customer agrees that the estimate is not the final bill and could change, within reason, due to, but not limited to, unforeseen issues with structure, change in materials, change in material price or additions to original scope of work, etc. All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless at discretion of mgmt.
Initial payment due upon commencement of job. Final payments due within 10 working days of substantial completion, not including punch list items.
All warranty claims require a written description of the requested work to be mailed to our office address.
This contract shall be enforcable under the laws of the State of Missouri, County of Stone or the laws of any state/county in which it was executed.
