    i had a $99.00 service for Hvac cleaning. I was very displeased with the service that was provided. I was advise by the technician by the name of "Hunter" he broke a pipe that made it leaking water all over the place. I feel the work was done very poorly. I would like for someone to come out and fix the leak.

    The day that the customer complained to us, we returned his check for the services that we had performed.  Our thoughts were there was no way that our technician could have busted the said pipe, it appeared that it was a frozen broken pipe that customer had not used water spicket so far in the season and was unaware.  After that contact with the customer we thought the situation was corrected.  

    We have since reached out to customer to try to rectify this situation, but he has had repair done.  We offered to pay for said repair, and customer said he did not want anything else from us since we had already returned the check for the service that we were called to do.
