I had my car towed there around Jan 28,2025 to have it looked at and be diagnosed. After about 3 weeks of me calling every week he finally concluded the transmission was broken. On February 20,2025 he messaged my phone and told me what believed was the problem was the he texted me a screenshot with all the used transmission that I could buy. It had the business selling it, the mileage and the price. I told him I wanted a few days to decide. On Monday February 24,2025 I messaged him with the one I wanted. It was coming from a company called midway. I asked if I made the purchase could it be done by Saturday or Sunday, his response was yes. On February 25,2025 He added the tax and his fee and it came to 2508.00 he took the payment by phone and texted me the receipt. Weeks turn into a month. I call and message and only get a response part of the time and it’s always an excuse. I told him I need my car back . I told him I had been paying for rentals and I had contacted other shop and they can get me in and out in a few days. On mar 14,2025 he says his shop will pay for my rentals. On may12,2025 I told him in a message I can not wait any longer I need my car back. I asked for a refund and told him return the transmission. One of his employees wrote me back and said he was gone because of an emergency. On Wednesday the may14,2025 I went up to the shop and nothing was done. On Thursday may15,2025 I messaged him ,and he messaged me me back. On Friday may 16,2025 I went up there and said I just wanted the keys so I could have it towed, his employee refused to release my car, the keys or any type of refund. I’m just stuck wondering what’s going on with my car. He has had it almost 4 months, it still doesn’t drive, he won’t fix it , give me a refund, give me the keys and now he says I can’t tow it. All math bills he has sent are paid in full I need help and I plan to take further actions. He has multiple complaints and is being sued by several other people.

I have had my vehicle serviced and it was done by this business. The owner's name is ******. On Jan. 31st, my transmission was still slipping. I didn't get my car back until Feb. 27th. I took it back to him because it is still not operating at full capacity. He said something was wrong with my manifold and exhaust pipe after they fixed my transmission. He said he would send a tow truck. I have been having to put transmission fluid in my car everyday. I haven't driven my car too much. I have destroyed the driveway of my friend's home because of the leaking from my car. He doesn't want to answer my calls.

    I would like a refund.
