    I'm leasing an apartment here, and have been for 2 years now and i feel like they are Over charging me for what I owe. First off, I did not work much this year and did what I can to keep rent up to date. I used my resources for help but not many people are donating to churches nor am I qualified for financial aid. There is also a cockroach infestation that they are aware of but are not controlling or eliminating. I signed for bug treat ments but only recieved very few. The infestation is all year round. Cockroches can cause upper respiratory infections which can lead to hospitalization. Also, i paid over $900 through there app they use to accept rent payments (BILT Rewards) but somehow that money was not accepted nor sent back to my bank. I feel like I'm being treated unfair as a tenant that has never given them problems. Please guide me in the right direction

    We do not have any record of a request for pest control services, please submit a request and we will address this concern. As far as the payment, we show the payment was rejected due to insufficient funds. Please attempt to resubmit the payment.
