      Thank you for sharing your recent experience with our technician. We regret that the service you received did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. First and foremost, we understand how important it is to have safe, reliable propane service. We’re sorry for any added stress or frustration this situation may have caused you. When our technician arrived at your home, he identified a gas leak coming from a used cook stove that had been installed. For safety reasons and in accordance with company policy and industry regulations, our technicians are permitted to repair gas piping as needed but are not allowed to work on interior appliances themselves. This policy is in place to ensure your safety and to make sure any appliance repairs are completed by a qualified professional. When he returned, the technician shut off the gas and red-tagged the stove to prevent further use until a licensed professional inspects and repairs it. The technician did attempt to relight the pilot light on your water heater, but despite multiple attempts, it would not light. So, he turned off the propane and suggested you contact a licensed plumber to inspect the unit before attempting to relight it. We recognize that this experience was not ideal, and we regret if our technician’s communication came across as dismissive. That was not our intention. Your safety remains our top priority, and sometimes our technicians must make difficult decisions in the field based on what they observe during a service call. Our technicians absolutely care about our customers, their safety and doing everything in their power to get the job done.
