Recently married, and we decided to use this catering for our wedding based on the word/experience of family (which they now have also had a bad experience). The tasting went well at face value (after having to reschedule on her end). We should have looked into things more, read more reviews on different sites that cant get deleted, and tasted other places. The wedding day came, lots of miscommunication happened. The food was not exactly what we agreed on, and the team was extremely dismissive and rude when it was brought up at the wedding. We contacted them after the wedding with bullet points as to what we had is*** with, and stated that we would like to know how this can be fixed going forward. Instead of a professional email, acknowledging what we said, keeping a professional tone and format, apologizing for wrongs, etc - We got defensive and offensive responses, personal insults to MOB (none of which were given from our end to them), and threats to *** your a** lady (yes, thats a quote from the emails of a professional business)I was going to give 2-3 stars because it really wasnt awful from a guest or bridal party experience on the day of the wedding. The food was alright, but not nearly as good as the tasting unfortunately - not to mention missing food for the children at the wedding. BUT the communication with the owner AFTER the wedding has been horrendous and completely unprofessional. If you want alright food, high risk of extreme unprofessionalism, and threats of lawsuits, this is your place.

Pay your bills ladies.you still owe over $400 after tax since you ordered for 145 people and really Invited 165 peopleyou have to pay for that dinnerware and those meals. I have shared all of your contracts, confirmations from the bride that everything with the contract was 100% correct. We fixed exactly what you ordered. That is why we have contracts. We have facts, you need to pay your catering bill and stop lying on reviews. I have every document to prove you wrong and you have seen them, thats why youre mad. The bride has been fine to work with but the mom is out of control. She has called me names, she has tried to slander my business with liesI will definitely seek legal action if these two continue to lie about things when I have all of the information that and contracts. Truth is one thing, but they are lying about things for no reason we we did an absolutely amazing job. They are mad since they asked my staff about a kids meal that was never contracted, only the kids pricing, they were eating the same food. They asked my staff where it was and they said they only brought what was sent and on the contractthat makes them rude. Thats like being mad at the waiter for the chefs mistake at a restaurant. They gave an answer, called me, I told them they didnt have a kids menu, and that was it. You folks are rude and cant be honest.

Katie's Catering, LLC was hired to provide food, desserts, and bartenders/staff for my granddaughter's wedding. However, if I had checked the reviews on this website and/or visited the business's website, this would not have happened. There were multiple issues with the quality of the contracted goods and services; for example, the wedding cake was slanted (it could compare to the *********************) and despite her colors being documented in the contract- sea glass, black, and white- an incompatible color (terra cotta) was used on the grazing table, the food was at room temperature or colder, and the leftover food spoiled since it was not put in any one of the three commercial refrigerators available for use. That being said - *****'s website is full of English mechanics errors; that should have been a dead giveaway. Her catch phrase as a header is "Displaying Excellence" which her service/food does not live up to. When contacted with these concerns, she never accepted any responsibility and repeatedly said someone in our group should have communicated with them that evening and/or she would consult with the staff who attended to verify details as well as disparaged my granddaughter's choice of table centerpieces so as to justify the grazing table issue. Her page ends with "Piece of Mind" which I have given her so that now I have some "Peace of Mind."
