    We employed Branching Out last August. We contracted to have weeds removed on a large bank and to trim trees and bushes. They insisted we pay in cash. During the job they hurriedly trimmed a few bushes and I had to continuously get them to go over work they had started. but not completed well enough. Basically they had a terrible attitude. When I told them to remove the weed debris from the bank they said we had not contracted to do that . When I also asked for them to cut some weeds on a different area of the bank they cut the ivy at the base of the tree. This was something we did not want and it continues to look strange .We have called the owner many times with no result. We spoke again to him only yesterday and he refuses to remedy the situation or even come over to take a look at the odd tree.. We found the company to be unprofessional, expensive, and troublesome..
