  The main water line needed to be replaced at my home. No communication was initiated by the company as to when work would be started. We came home to find the excavation but no information as to what work was completed and when it would be finished. The work was completed 5 days after the dig and now more than half of my front lawn is covered with dirt and straw. This job has cause my family more despair and anxiety than I would have thought.

  We reached out to them for a large project (bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room etc). We paid the initial deposit and then wanted to change our half bath to a full requiring an increase in the invoice. Fast forward to them breaking ground for that new bathroom only to discover more issues under the slab and another increase in the amount owed. I feel like that is to be expected in an old home built in the 60's but our issue is the communication and lack of transparency with this business. It is a one man crew, so you are paying $150/hour for a plumber to do general labor work. We found issues with our outside plumbing work and that also caused the cost of this project to skyrocket since we have to go through a drainlayer for external work. When we tried to negotiate for having general laborers do the break out work and concrete considering the new quote was $10K more. We got an adjustment but we felt like the labor cost should still be lower, we spoke with the plumber who had been working at our house and he agreed to the lower amount. We then received the revised quote and it was not the agreed amount. We emailed the owner and he said the amount sent is what he felt like it would take to do the job and if we felt we needed to go elsewhere to go for it and said to **** him' there was nothing we could do about the agreed amount being different from what the invoice was for. No communication until we initiated it. When we called about a refund we were met with a very hostile owner stating we were difficult to work with and we were the real issue. I understand our home is being remodeled but it has been left in shambles. The ******* for our remodel stated the plumber came and picked up the material left at the job without a phone call or email that they would be on the premises. Uneven and poorly cut out concrete, piles of dirt everywhere and the old pipes in the lawn. Very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of respect for our property.
