    11-5-21 signed a contract with *** Seamless (***********************) to install new steel siding, wrap 14 windows, 3 doors, and 2 garage doors. I paid $23.366 on 5-10-22. I noticed once I got home that the front and back sides of house in two different places the siding was cut too short. I called and was told by ***** that they would take care of it ASAP. There a place on the corner that was flapping, ***** again said they would take care of it. I provided pictures and video on 6-3-22. Wrong color of corner pieces installed on front side of house, ***** admitted it was the wrong color, pictures were provided. This was to be taken care of right away. On 8-29-22 it rained 4 1/2 inches. When I got home from work my kitchen wall paneling was bowed out, separated and warped. Big bathroom wall was also bowed out. I contacted a framed 9-8-22, framed found that J channels on several windows were cut too short and provided me with pictures. Also found the weep holes were ALL covered up with aluminum wrap where water was unable to drain to outside of windows and was backing up and sitting on my window sill on inside of my house. Water was also coming in through the door by deck entry and ran down my floor because door was not wrapped properly as stated in contract. 9-9-22 *********************** left me a voicemail that he would get all this taken care of ASAP. On 9-12-22 ***** and two of his workers came by to look at the bad workmanship of their installation. On 10-12-22 O sent a 30 day demand letter to *********************** *** Seamless as well as sending it to him at his email address. NO RESPONSE. On 11-1822 when I got home from work scaffolds were on garage door side of house and some siding removed and gutters. On Sunday 11-20-22 ****** only who could speak English but Spanish was his main language was just caulking around the windows. I told ****** this would not fix problem, he then started cussing me and going off on me, so I ask him to leave. When I returned home scaffolding was gone and text ***** who said he would show me another day. I consulted a contractor, and he took pictures. Contractor contacted ***** 3-21-23 and they were to get together and he stated would stand behind the problems and had insurance to pay for the damages. ***** has not returned any calls to contractor. 3-23-23 lots of rain and water sitting on window ***** inside, came in under door. I have musky odor smell which makes me sick with my allergies and Mold from the water damages causing me to miss work. Please help me.

    Hired *** ******** ****** Co to install siding on an addition we had built almost 5 years They sided our home many years ago, we wanted it to match. It is an exercise room off my craft room. I do not need lights when I do exercise, the television gives off enough light. there were times when i would see water on the windowsill and the floor. Could not find the cause. it took almost 4 years to locate the cause. i was in the room when there was a storm, just steady rain, no wind, heard a drip. water is coming in through a window. i have videos of it and the amount of water that is coming in through the window. i e-mailed *** in August of 2021 (i still have a copy of that e-mail) nothing has been done. my husband became very ill and it took many months for him to improve, he is a stroke patient and disable. About 2 months ago I called *** siding. **** answered, for 3 weks in a row I received the same coment ***** (owner of company) is working on a big window project. Then week 4 (i call once a week ) **** says "Scott says your job is too small to bother with" not only do I wish for them to fix the leak (the work is still under warrantee) but I was Hirning him to work on windows. Week 7 I called again was told by **** that ***** would do the job, we will call this week for an appt. day. That came and went. I called on week 8. **** is not answering the phone and we hear the message SORRY WE MISSED YOUR CALL, YOUR CALL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US LEAVE A MESSAGE AND WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU. This is week 9 of phone calls and no reply from *** siding. My warrantee will expire soon, and I feel as though this neglect is purposeful. His facebook page does not have any comments since 2017 except mine 2 days ago. Can you help me?

    I have not heard from this company.    Nothing resolved,    warrantee is probably void,    he did this on purpose and I have proof
