    On 8-22-23, Vehicle was towed for brakes ceased up and undrivable. They gave me an estimate for repairs and I authorized on 8-23-23. We returned the next day and was told the parts were ordered and it would take a week for the parts to be shipped. Paid by credit card for down payment which they required and departed for my destination. Received a call from *** stating they found that the Spindle was bad and the cost went from $5,343.67 to $7,501.24. Next day *** called and stated King Pin Set needed and would be another $1,750.00 with labor and the total was over $10,000.00. At that time I stated it was too much and would call back to have the vehicle towed back to Omaha. *** stated they need to know soon because their may be storage fees. He forgot they have had my vehicle since 8-22-23 until 9-6-23. I asked them to make sure all parts were in the vehicle that they claimed were needed to repair my vehicle but some parts were missing. I made a partial payment of $4,500.00 on 8-23-23 with a balance of $843.67. I would like a partial refund for some of the bogus charges. I have receipts and for motel fees because I was mislead. Repair Order # ******. I deserve the $1,400.00 for initial Labor cost from the initial/original invoice same number. Nothing was repaired and still had to pay $1,500.00 for tow back to Omaha.
