            We had no AC in this hotel. We told them about the problem. We were supposed to be moved to another room, but that didn&#**;t happen. They offered half off on one night and that was it. No discount on the other night. There was no breakfast included as mentioned on the website. There was trash in the room and the toilet handle fell off. I paid with my debit card and paid $374.00. I had to call back to get the refund a second time and I haven&#**;t seen it yet. We couldn&#**;t leave because there was no place else with any openings. She did provide a small desk fan but there were four of us.

            Do not do a themed spa tub room They! Not worth $149 w tax. Tub looks nice, but rest of room very old.They do not offer breakfast, even though there website says they do. They blamed Covid, but I called the Holiday Inn just down the street and they were serving a hot breakfast. The older blond woman was very hateful when I asked for a $20 refund for false advertising. I also mentioned our room had been dirty and I had to clean mirror, Vanity and did tub to be safe. She started yelling at me and blamed everything on covid.
