    We paid Kenneth Wade Construction to add a sunroom to our EXISTING 4 season deck. We paid
    him, he was to start in a few weeks, we got the run around over and over again. He took apart our
    deck railing and stairs and made our deck unuseable for over a year. He has given excuse after
    excuse. I have lots of documentation. He claims he has no money (because he made bad business
    decisions and took over other jobs and used my up front money for their supplies) to buy the
    remainder of the supplies for our job. I have left a few messages with Attorney General only to not
    hear back. I really need to speak with someone in regards to this case please. He took part of our
    roof off, over our kitchen and that has caused a leak we have exposed wood and beams due to this.
    We have a deck we can not use at all. please help! We paid $27500 as a down payment.. He has
    done nothing but cause damage to our property and has not done the work at all
