  We had **** here and all his workers they all were so Nice and Great at what they do! They helped us pick out a roof for our needs! They had our roof done and everything Cleaned up in One Day!Everyone worked really hard and they knew what they were doing!Our Roof looks Great Still a Year Later! brand new even a Year Later!!We will use them again!   We had them replace our roof in record time and did a fantastic job!!!! ***** the sales person was so helpful thru the whole process. I had given up on getting any results from my insurance company, but he made it a smooth process! I would definitely recommend them and have done so to other people I know who also had great results. Just need some patience with all the back log with materials, etc.****** *******

  We feel like we are getting the runaround from this company. We have given them over $20,000 of our money with zero results. We were told that our materials were to be delivered on October 29. Whoever they contracted to deliver them materials said they contacted us, but they did not. Why do we have to call Second to None Exteriors over two weeks later to find out what is going on? Why would they not follow up? To the owners credit he called me when I sent an email. All I was given was excuses. He told me to check with other people in my area to see that they were happy. I dont care about the other houses, I care about mine. They drop the ball and I feel like they are not taking responsibility. We will see what happens in the next few days.

While we have verbally spoken with you about this and have maintained proactive communication hopefully this will serve as yet another touchpoint.The coordination of material delivery from material houses and labor scheduling is unique of its kind. It can indeed be difficult to coordinate with everyone's scheduled to ensure that we provide the best service possible. This is a constant daily battle that we have to deal with as a roofing company.However, we initially attempted delivery of your roof material on 10/29/2024 and cars were in the driveway. It did not help that the material house did not notify us of the delivery date. Therefore, we could not notify you either and had to reschedule. This is not normal behavior but every once in a while material houses do make unintentional mistakes by not communicating material delivery dates to us and in result we fail to communicate delivery dates to you as the *********** it stands, your roof installation date has been scheduled for 11/21/2024 and that was communicated to you. We have also maintained proactive verbal communication to keep you in the loop regarding all other work pertaining to your project.We look forward to serving you and ensuring that your project is taken care of.Thank You once again for your concern and giving us the opportunity to address it.

  Second to None Exteriors provided excellent service. We are very pleased with our experience from the first encounter with ******* shortly following a hail storm to the quality professionals that did the job on site. Our new roof looks great. The team was friendly, timely, and hard-working. They stayed focused on the job until it was finished. They left the work site completely clean and tidy. They came back the same day and picked up the dumpster. We highly recommend Second to None and would absolutely use them again.

  Flawless, easy process and they stand behind their work. Unlike other companies we were approached by, Second To None was honest, polite & informative from the very start. Being a former roofer myself, the workmanship was absolutely flawless and the communication exemplary. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! They walk the talk every step of the way.
