    I am told by US ************* in *****, ** that the seller of the property located at **************** in **********, ** is holding on my $500.00 that I paid. I believe that the seller is not entitled to my money because the whole purchase transaction was done in bad faith. This property was off the market for over 100 days because the property did not meet standards. The ******** inspector found numerous code violations inside the condo that were supposed to be fixed and corrected by the seller. The seller failed to and refused to pay to fix those code violations inside the condo. Instead the seller required me to pay $850.00 to a handyman to correct those violations that were the responsibility of the seller in the first place. I paid $850.00 to a handyman to correct those violations that were the responsibility of the seller. I also believe that the seller and the seller's agent should have told me about the code violations with the roof outside. I was entitled to this information for me to make a decision but the seller's agent and my agent both failed to tell me about the roof condition. The whole deal fell apart when US Bank sent their own private inspector. He found major violations with the outside roof. Because this whole deal fell apart not because of me but because of the failure of Ms. ***************************** and the condo management I am entitled to my $500 immediately. I have already spent my money, $850.00, to fix the inside condominium for the seller and now the property is on the market. I hereby request the seller relinquishes any money held and release it back to my US Bank account.
