They are telling my new landlord that I am 3 months behind on my rent which is not true. The State has confirmed that I have no occupancy permit for the premises and so the rent they are saying I was late on is not an accurate statement. This false statement is keeping me from moving in and starting a new lease with my new landlord.
The lady I am suppose to be moving with has been patient but she will have to call the city to verify the truth of what I am staying.  The house has black mold and my son is on a breathing machine and he needs to get out of here immediately among other reasons. The entire house has serious foundation and repair issues as well. I am planning to be out by September 15 as they have requested but I need them to stop making false reports about my past rent payments. I was under no payment obligation without an occupancy permit.

The owner of the property that *** ***** lives in has asked her to move.  There is work that needs to be done and it is easier to do it without someone living in the house.  We received a rental verification for *** *****.  The rental verification asks if the tenant is behind in their rent.  Since *** ***** does not believe that she should have to pay rent for the house that she is living in, she has not paid rent for the past three months.  We always tell the truth when sent rental verification requests and did so in this case.  We reported that she has not paid rent to us for 3 months.  We called the inquiring property management company and explained the situation to them.  They told us that their decision not to rent to her was not based on the fact that she had not paid rent to us, but it was based on other factors in her application which they did not disclose to me.
