  I highly recommend Bi-state. When we started our pool journey, we actually got a few quotes from local installers; however, the other pool vendors, while sometimes cheaper, were oversimplifying things like drainage and location. Some of them simply wanted to set a shell in the ground and leave (e.g., don't put any features it is expensive--when really they just didn't want to deal with it). With Bi-state, they actually came out and shot elevation; really planning out everything from the very beginning. Seems simple/common sense, but they are the only ones that did it. Pool projects are very complex when you factor in drainage, location, concrete, plumbing, equipment, ect. Bi-state is really the only company that gave me peace of mind. Are they the cheapest, likely no (but that is highly variable). BUT, you pay for what you get and saving a couple thousand dollars for a subpar install will likely end up costing you more in the long run. Special shout out to ****** and ****; we bugged them a lot I am sure. We even threw some last minute items in there such as a heater; but they are flexible.

  tell you what if you want to be ripped off this company is for you. Bought a house with a pool contingency. Bi State claimed it was fixed but it wasn’t 4 times they claimed they fixed a leak instead they pumped out water from under the pool and claimed it fixed. This company installed a liner in February, claimed they had a tent up and iut was heated. But it snowed every week in February of 2021. can’t put a heater to close to a vinyl liner it melts it. So the liner was loose and wrinkled. they were supposed to fix any walls the walls are rocky. They claimed to fix a skimmer but never checked the main drain, fixed a leak multiple times, and they they did all the work, while claiming they didn’t know. . The people before us spent 10k easy to have stuff done which nothing was right . They claimed pool was fixed when it wasn't then told the owners to turn off the filter so it didn’t burn up before we moved in. When really the issue is it still leaked and it leaks faster when on. Then the owner of Bi State comes out to meet with with me says he wouldn’t re-stretch the liner they screwed up, claimed it was due to this issue and this issue and this issue that they didn’t do. But yet they did it all. I was like I want it done right you ripped off the last people that’s between the 2 of you all. I want it fixed and fixed right. I also wanted a heater, salt system, new liner I was done. They wrote up a quote i agreed then they; 1 cut the piping with a sawzaw to the filter instead of taking apart. They pulled the seam strip loose on the stairs basically enough to where I was stuck with them. So then sent out used heater to install. if you like getting ripped off and lied to use them otherwise stay away. if a person it would be fraud by deception that’s my story . So you want a company about to be sued for how they do business, complaints filed with the state and county and the BBB. Use at your own risk. may as well be common *******.

  Sorry for the confusion - We did do this work in February 2022, not 2021. We indeed do tent pools, even when there is snow. As the president of the company, I did meet with you and we found that the best solution was to part ways. At 1:33am on November 2, 2022, you sent an email stating that you "are done with us". I met you that day and we did call the previous owner, who stated that they had no issues with the work completed. At the end of that meeting, we agreed to part ways and refunded funds for heat pump which we took back the next day. Unfortunately, we do not always see eye to eye with customers and in this case, the best solution was to part ways. We wish you the best in having another company work with you. We find ourselves to be a very ethical company and any accusation that we sell used equipment, is simply false. Most companies in our area have likely taken a class from me at some point as we pride ourselves in being a leader in our industry and always communicating with our customers and doing the right thing. In this case, the right thing was to no longer do business together. We wish you the best.

  Eye to eye you were charging me for new equipment but sending out used equipment eylthical where . You all never a fixed a leak and all you did junk work the liner is and was awful not installed correctly and wrinkled you left the drain covers off, your idiot people used sawzaw to cut the piping to my filter . You cacuned out water from under the pool to band aid the real issue. Then when I tried to make this work you try passing used stiluff as *** I have pictures I mean this is easy your reply is fraudulent I was done when you were willing to steal from me and got caught man up and own it I can prove it I have emails with pentair and pics it's consider they by deiec when you try to pass off items as new when they are not you realize this correct. Now your liars as well keep up the good work. Your people cut the piping unnecessarily thye thought they were sticking me in a spot where I had to use them your guy marked the skimmer 2 inches above the water line I have video you really sticking with this story ? Just thought everyone should no you probably steal from your mother or kids if you thought you would make a buck
