    On Feb 28, 2023 I received an email for a product that interested me. I went to the website and viewed the product. I decided to purchase one of the packages for $99.80 with free shipping and no other fees or charges disclosed. I paid using the ****** link on the page. When logged on to ****** there was no total shown. After paying I was redirected back to the site and there were 3 seperate pop ups asking me to buy more crap from them. I declined each and every pop up offer. After the 3rd offer was declined I was redirected to a receipt page for what I purchased. On the receipt was the $99.80 purchase as well as a line item for ******* Shipping Protection 4 $15.00. I did not agree to this charge, it was not disclosed prior to my actually allowing them to charge my ****** account. I have sent them a reply email since their phone gets answered by a machine and not allowing me to leave a message. There are 2 solutions to this issue for me, the first is a refund of the 15 dollars, and the second a cancelation of the entire order and a complete refund. This company should be sanctioned for deceptive business practices.

    This complaint has been resolved.   I had to dispute the charge to get the companies attention.  They finally refunded the money they stole from me.
    My guess is that they do this to everyone so this complaint should probably stay available for others to see.

    Thank goodness I have not ordered anything from the company so that is not a problem BUT I receive 3 or 4 spam emails per day and can't get them stopped. I have tried deleting my email address with each spam email they send several times a day and their emails just keep coming. I would like my email address be deleted from their mailings,

    I cannot unsubscribe to Dotcom Products endless daily solicitation emails. I am furious! Make them STOP!

    Customer NOT found in system, Added to Unsub list. This could be and most likely is the customer is on an email list not Owned/Operated by us but that email is advertising our product.

    I bought a security lightbulb. I spoke to a person- verified address and they shipped without address. Additionally we disclosed there is no mail at this address and it would have to go by *** - I was assured it would but it was sent ****

    I bought their security lights (3) for $117.00, with the extra $20.00 warranty on 10/30/2020. I received them, and they would not work for my lighting. The order number was **********. I was told to return them w/ the order number and a refund would be made. I returned them on 11/2/2022 from the Moody, Alabama post office. I also only took out one bulb, didnt work on my lights, so I put it back in the same box, and packing it came in. Well a month went by, and I called them, they said they needed the tracking number. Unfortunately I cannot find it. So after many calls to them,, I was told without the tracking number, they cant do a refund. Then I got an email saying as soon as they confirm the items were not damaged they would. Here we are 2/3/2023 and they refuse to do anything. I have talked to countless people that keep telling me that without the tracking number they cant do anything. They received their product back, in the same packaging that they sent it. It also cost me another $15.00 to send it back. So all that said, yes I really need that money back, and I would also like to caution to other customers about their "return policy". In the return policy I have read, all you need is the order number. It probabily would be easier if I had the tracking number, however I dont. That should not end the return of my money.

    Returned product per their email instructions. They received on Jan. 12th. Emailed numerous times about refund. Called twice on which they said a manager would call me within 48hrs. As of today haven't received call or refund of ******.
