    Seal Tek provided a bid of $5,800.00 to seal our garage floor. Provided 15 -year product and labor warranty. Project was completed in December 2020. I paid full amount upon completion. Areas of the coating are lifting. I have tried several times to reach Seal Tek at listed phone number. No one answers phone. Goes directly to voice mail. Voice mailbox is full and will not take messages. This company is among the most unresponsive companies I have ever worked with. If there is a LOWER BBB rating of "F" it should be awarded to this company.

    I had a garage floor covering installed on 6/22/2017.There is a 15 year product warranty. A portion of the flooring has buckled and is chipping away. I have tried to call the company, and cannot get a response. I would like the floor repaired.

    Sealtek installed garage floor acrylic chip system on our garage floor in March, 2019. In April , 2019 spoke to ****** about a bubble that started by door. Workers sent out to repair. In Sep 2019, spoke to ***** about how bad the floor looked was not a smooth floor, ***** said send pic he would review. On Sept 12,2019 ****** called to change appt date. ****** came out, used sandpaper on her hands and knees then put down a sealer and took off. On Oct 7,2019 I called again and left message for *************************** because I had not heard from anyone. The floor started peeling in July 2020 and I sent pics to *****. He would not pick up when I called but did when my daughter called about having work done. I have been sending pics and called on 7/13, 7/19, 7/27/2022 and advised I didnt want him to come out again just send me half ($2,225) of what we paid to take this off the floor. Have not heard from him or *************************** as of today. This company completely ignores any phone calls or messages they receive and we have a signed contract for a 15 year warranty. Buyer beware.
