            Work was done March 13-15 2023 Texted him on August 18th asking him to come out and look at all the holes, scratches and cracks. I had high hopes for **** ***, *** Concrete, especially after being assured that the flooring would be virtually indestructible, even for dogs. Sadly, within just a few months, the floor was a mess of scratches and unsightly bubbles. When I reached out to **** about this and sent him the following video, he said he would come look at it and promised to get back to me. Regrettably, that never happened. I reached out again and he doesn’t respond. To add insult to injury, I was charged a hefty $1,900 for a refinishing job that turned out to be a complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use his services based on my unfortunate experience. This was a major letdown and a significant financial loss.

            Basement HVAC room, bathroom, and shelter each received concrete overlay with selected color and pattern. Some leveling was needed as parts were in less than ideal condition. Results are outstanding and **** and crew were easy to communicate with, took considerate care while on the property, and demonstrated true professional skills. They take great pride in their work and it’s a comfort knowing the end result is as important to them as it is to me. A lot of options in materials and colors, depending on your application. **** is a valuable advisor in these matters. Very happy with the whole experience!
