Apparently there is an issue with *** with a damaged package and missing paperwork. I called *** and was told the vendor did not respond to them. I emailed the vender Everymarket again with this information and no response. I just want my money refunded.

I am the owner of Nail Diva and I recently discovered that EveryMarket is listing my product Nail Diva Nail Polish Remover Tool for sale without my authorization. The listing, product name, description, images, logo .. literally everything without permission. The direct URL to the listing is ******************************************************************************************************************* The listing is fraudulent - I have not given EveryMarket or any other third party the rights for them to sell this product or represent my brand. I called them via their phone number on their website and sent them an email requesting removal of my product from their website.I am requesting the immediate removal of my brand and all of it's products falsely advertising and representing my brand and it's products. The misuse damages my brand and confuses customers.Desired Resolution: IMMEDIATE removal of all unauthorized Nail Diva product listings and brand mention. I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with this resolution. However, their response is a lie. They emailed me directly and told me that they purchased the product through ****** and yet wouldn't provide their order number. Although they removed my product and brand from their website I do believe that there is no way they could have made this 'mistake' and that it was intentional. A scam to get people's money.

On 4/2/25 I made a purchase for Optimum Eyes castor oil eye drops. I received my package 4/28/25. The eye drops are in a glass bottle and were sent in a small, smashed up bubble wrap envelope. The bottle was wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap that was torn and had some kind of black staining all along the edges. The label that contained ingredients and directions on the back of the bottle was torn, smashed and mottled with what seemed to be the same black staining that was on the bubble wrap. It appeared that the bottle was empty. I did not open the bottle or disturb the plastic security wrapper. The quality control for this product was so poor that I did not dare want to put it in my eyes nor open it lest I be accused of emptying the bottle myself. I have called three different numbers to contact everymarkets customer service in order to request a refund. The number ************ responds no route found. The number ************ provides no other option but to leave a name and number so they can call you back. I left my name and number and a brief message. The last number ************ says its mailbox is full. I was advised to go to customer service at ****************** but I received a notice that this was not a valid email address. I am requesting a full refund. According to their refund policy, damaged products can be refunded in full and they will provide a paid return shipping label. Since it is almost impossibles to contact this company, my 30 day return window may quickly disappear. How many other people does Everymarket treat this way?Business Response

On April 10 I ordered from EveryMarket 6 Right Guard Sport Deodorants with order number EM20-6407191 and after exchanging emails with customer service, I was told that the product is not made anymore.
