    I have been a subscriber to the Brad and Kyle website for a few years. Over the past couple years, I have used their services less and less. I thought I had told them last year to cancel my subscription but I recently was charged $499 for a renewal. This may be my fault for not being clearer. Anyway, I sent several emails asking if they would cancel my subscription and refund my money. I got no response. I then sent several emails and asked if I could not get a refund, could I at least get my new bowling ball which is included in the subscription. Again, I got no response. I understand if they cannot/will not refund my subscription fee for this year. However, the new bowling ball is part of the subscription agreement and I am entitled to that as part of the subscription which I paid for. Since that time, I have cancelled my subscription and supposedly will not get charged when the current subscription runs out. However, I still have not gotten my new bowling ball which is still part of the subscription that I paid for. What I am asking for is either for my subscription fee of $499 to be returned to me or at least receive a new bowling ball which is part of the subscription I was charged for and then termination of my subscription renewal.

    I did a search on their *** filing and no phone number was noted on the *** filing or on any of their websites.

    I just got an email from this company and the address was *******************************************************.  I'm not sure if that is used more often or if the email I sent you is used more often.

    Attached is two screenshots from our email inbox regarding our correspondences with this customer. You can see one screen shot from 2024 where we fullfilled his order for a bowling that comes with his coaching membership. His membership was then autorenewed in May of 2025. The other attachment shows that we have no recieved any email regarding canceling his membership nor a bowling ball order when we will happily fullfill since he paid for the memership. All of our customers have the ability to cancel there memerbship through our website all on there own without the need of our assistance.
