    I was sold a set of faulty blinds from **** - he refused to accommodate any form of repairs, and told me to take up with the manufacturer. He used incredibly abusive language to both me and the manufacturer (*********) and has been blacklisted from their organization as a vendor as a result.

    Due to the abusive behaviors of this individual, I am not comfortable speaking with him or seeing him in person, as such I would instead demand a full refund for his services/materials in addition to $500 of additional grievances.

    This amount totals:
    $4437 total as seen in attached receipt.

    I am hoping not to have to pursue litigation and put this matter behind both of us.

    I have further evidence via text screenshots + condition of the blinds that can be provided as needed.

    I have also been working with the manufacturer directly, they are being somewhat compliant but I may need to also file a secondary complaint against ********* as well if they are not able to make right by their faulty product.

    She ordered roller shades that were solar powered, she picked them out.  There were some issues with them. ********* remade some a couple of different times.  Customer got to the point to were she would let me come repair them.  She decided at some point that she did not want to accept the warranty.  She would not let me come back to her home to work on them.  She did not want anything remade, and did not want to deal with it.  Customer threatened to sue me, at that point after asking customer to please let me come and fix them she did not want that.  ********* to my knowledge is willing to fix them under warranty.  I gave the customer ********* number to deal with them directly.  I was very willing to work with the shade problem while under warranty but she did not allow me to do that.  I am quite sure ********* is still willing to warrant their product.  I have requested to come and warrant the product but she has refused for me to come.
