      On June 21st, I placed an order with Tress Is Beauty Supply through ********. That same day, I reached out to the merchant to clarify the size of the product I was purchasing, but I never received a response. As of June 27thsix days laterthe order had not shipped, so I requested a full ********* date (June 28th), the merchant has not responded to any of my five email messages. I have not received any shipping update, refund, or acknowledgment from them. I contacted ******** for assistance, but they simply referred me back to the merchant, despite the fact that I had already attempted multiple times to contact them without any success.Due to the complete lack of communication and failure to fulfill the order, I have filed a dispute with my bank to recover my money. The order still has not shipped, and the merchant remains unresponsive.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full refund for the unshipped order and a formal acknowledgment from the merchant regarding this matter.

      I placed an order on June 21, 2025, and paid a total of $15.40, which included $7.61 charged to my debit card and $7.79 using ******** store credit. After multiple attempts to contact the seller with no response, I canceled the order on June 26, 2025. Despite this, the seller shipped the product over two weeks later in mid-July. I refused delivery and returned the package on July 9, 2025. The seller confirmed they received the return on July 16, 2025. I filed a chargeback with my bank on June 27, 2025, to recover the $7.61 charged to my card. However, the seller refuses to refund the $7.79 ******** store credit that I used toward the purchase, claiming they cannot issue that refund and have not contacted ******** for assistance. This means I have not received a full refund. I am asking the Better Business Bureau to help ensure the seller issues a full refund, including the store credit portion, and improves their customer service.
