    We lived in this house for the first month without being able to use our garage due to the company not making the repairs. The we had a huge water leak which caused mold in our home and when we moved out it was still not fixed.

    Hello,

     

      Thank you for the email. We are writing to complain about Field Properties and to justify why we moved out and left. They kept our $1000 security deposit and are now trying to say we owe them over $600 for a cleaning fee. They are saying the $1000 was forfeited because we didnt give them enough notice that we were moving out.  However they neglected to fix a mold issue we had in our house which in turn lead to our 2 year old being sick constantly. When I ask where the $1000 went to all they say is it was forfeited but cant tell me where it is. We lived in a house that was not up to standards.

    It was the motor on the electric garage door that wasn't working.  We hired a third party company to repair this.  It was fixed.  They could already manually raise and lower the garage door before this.  Also, a water leak was fixed.  When I scheduled to have the drywall repaired for them, they said we can do it after they moved from the unit.  They broke their lease and was not refunded.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
    It took you over a month to fix the garage door and in no world am I paying $1400 a month and going to make my wife manually open garage door and thats not even taking the safety aspect into this  when we first found the water leak all you could do was tell us to go to the portal and report it then it never even got fixed and my daughter was breathing in the mold which is why she was sick for over a month  

    you dont have to refund me anything but I wont be paying another ***** to you
