"I made a appointment to get my recalls done on 4-7-25 I was told my appointment was at 8:45am I showed up they told me it will take 2 hours I said okay it was two people ahead of me as I wait other came and went a person came and spoke with the lady about her car I went to ask how mush longer for my car the man stood there never asked me my name grabbed some invoices from the other desk then he started writing on a post it note came back asked me my name looked at the computer I told him you all said 2 hours and I pushed other things back he walked away started talking to REMOVEDasked him if my car was ready he said yes the man got my backed it up came in gave me my keys and said I parked it in the back.
