On September 5th, 2022, I purchased "Single Room Electric Heater" and "12 Gauge Cord Package - Single Room Heater". The total amount of my purchase was $1,237.50 (see attached). On September 9th, 2022 when the items arrived via UPS, I refused the package, as I no longer needed the items purchased and the UPS drive returned back to his truck with the items. On September 12th, 2022, I received an email from *** *** ******* w/ Thermal Flow Technology acknowledging "UPS reported that you refused the delivery because you did not want the product. The order is in the process of being returned to us." On September 19th, 2022. I responded back to *** *** ******** email confirming I did indeed refuse the shipment. On September 29th, 2022. I sent another email to *** *** ******* advising on the status of my refund, and on the same day, *** *** ******** advised " We have not received the equipment yet and upon contacting UPS they are unable to locate the shipment. A claim and locate investigation has been initiated and we are awaiting their response" Now we are approaching 60 days since I made my purchase/refused the shipment and Thermal Flow Technology is refusing to issue me a refund for items I never took possession of and refused. I have been patient enough to continue to allow this company to illegally retain my money when I followed the appropriate steps by refusing the shipment. The location of said items rest in the hands of UPS and not me. As I should not be penalized for something that I have no control over. However, the company is refusing to issue a refund, even though the UPS tracking shows I refused the items and their own acknowledgement.
