      I ordered 2 pizzas from them at 930 pm on Friday Aug 22 using the app they almost demand you use. I bought 1 large TRIPLE MEAT PAN CRUST 1 large PEPPERONI HAND TOSSED I got 2 large PLAIN CHEESE THAT WAS COULD AND AWAY OVER COOKED. Now it's 10:01 and they close at 10. I jump thru hoops and finally get a person on the line, only for her to tell me nothing can be done till next day. I just called them today at 11:30 on Saturday. The crabby woman tells me that since I USED THE ONLINE ORDERING METHOD THERE IS NOTHING THEY WILL DO BECAUSE IT IS MY ERROR. That if the pizza is burned I SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT IN 1ST THING THIS MORNING, like that's all I have to do on a Saturday. I want my money refunded! I wouldn't feed this to stray dogs. Nobody could tell the difference between the pizza and the cardboard, and I'm being treated like it's my fault? They think I paid ***** for 2 CHEESE PIZZAS! ABSOLUTELY NOT

      Ordered a large buffalo pan pizza last night with EXTRA BUFFALO, extra jalapeos, and olives. I received a uneatable marinara pizza as shown. Contacted the manager who refused to make the correct pizza and refused to issue a refund.
