      I paid $1,800 in 2024 for a rebuilt KF82 engine from Precision Engineering STL. The engine was returned to me still knocking and unusable. I followed every step in their warranty process (installation, torque specs, priming, break-in) and documented the issue with video and written communication.The company continues to refuse a refund unless I return the engine first, despite my repeated requests for their internal documentation confirming the original build specs. Without that, they can arbitrarily deny the refund and keep both the engine and my money. I have offered a third-party inspection. They declined.Their current stance is: Return the engine and well decide whether to refund you, with no transparency, no timeline, and no shared standard for validation. This leaves customers with no protection and violates the spirit of their own warranty.I am requesting that BBB mediate a fair resolution and document this behavior for other consumers.

       In order to get any refund, the product must be returned to **. After we inspect the returned engine and confirm it is exactly what was sent, we can give a refund.  Let us know the return tracking number. Please fill out the return form and include it in the box so we know who it belongs to.  attached is our warranty.
