on 10/10/25 "Timberlandtree" was hired by my neighbor to trim up two trees one on her property the other CLEARLY on my property. I am requesting monetary compensation for the Fruit tree that was cut up on my property without my permission. At no point was an attempt made to speak to me about cutting up my tree on my land which is illegal under Title XXXVI Statutory Actions and Torts Sec *******. This has created hardship for me as now that the tree was cut up it is essentially a giant lifeless stick in the ground and is an eye sore to look at. I have had my property for sale for a little over a month and had taken the property off the market todo some renovations and I fear that this will cause me hardship for finding a perspective buyer now that the back yard looks lifeless. I am not a arborist and will be hiring one as a 3rd party to get an estimate on the value of the tree. I suspect it will take 2 or 3 years for the fruit tree to be fully grown and fruit bearing again. The company has offered to replant my tree however I do not believe this will fully resolve my complaint and I am seeking monetary compensation.I am seeking compensation for the following items.- 3x the value of the tree - 3x the value of the yearly harvestable fruit - Cost to hire an arborist - Legal fees (Not required if this can be settled out of court)- Aesthetic value of the fruit tree - Mental Hardship (For the trouble this has caused me for the sale of the property)

This is a civil dispute between 2 neighbors. The neighbor hired us to trim the tree that was on his side of the driveway.  I've never had this happen before.  My customer believes the tree is his tree. I have a signed contract proving all of this. This guy called me demanding ******* dollars. It felt like he was trying to scam us out of money. He was very angry and hostile. I tried to smooth things over by offering to plant a free tree. The guy is after money. The tree is not dead. Its causing damage to my customers house. He should call the guy that hired me to do the job and ask him to pay.
