Habiba did a very poor job on my daughter's prom dress alteration work. The work is simple just cut the length all around and a couple other minor adjustments. She finished in a day which is unusual in such a high demand season. After my daughter put on the dress, my jaw was dropped! One side is two inches off the floor and the other side is sweeping on the floor by another inch! Not only that, the fold area for the ballgown is visibly two inches off.She is incredibly rude and repeated the same lies over and over " I do good work" but refuse to look at the dress in front of her! It sounds like if she repeat the same lies 100 times, it will become true! She didn't even measure when she made her **** on the dress! Then without measuring and even looking at the areas that I pointed out, she asked my daughter to take it off and she then picked up a sissor, trying to correct (or ruin) the dress again!I took the ruined dress to another seamstress (by the way she is WONDERFULL, *********************************) She used a tape measured and pinned all around trying to save the dress.Habiba also charges very expensively for the minor work she does. She also only take Cash and Venmo. I have known that it's a RED flag for business takes cash only for tax fraud or quality issue! Be warned!!

The customer paid me $75.00 and the next time she came she used a lot of bad words at me. The mother and daughter came and the daughter said no this is good work. The first time they brought the work in it was ok and the next time she was upset. The daughter said she is sorry and she liked the dress. It is hard to make everyone happy. She ran from my shop and used bad words towards me in the parking lot. Everybody is happy with my work. I did a lot of work on the dress. I charged $145.00 for the work. She gave me $70 for a deposit through CashApp and didnt pay me $75.00 for my work. The back was corseted and it was a lot of work. I worked for a very popular store for 13 years and I am good with everybody.
