I paid $1,147.50 in August 2022 for a product I have yet to receive as of January 25, ****. My one year anniversary has passed and I am upset to have missed out on such a wonderful celebration due to the unprofessional activity of Cultivate Wildflower. I have reached out numerous times and have received little to no communication and now nothing. I am seeking a full reimbursement but more importantly, I want future clients to avoid this business.

-100000/100000 We gave *************************** with Cultivate Wildflower our wedding flowers the day after we got married (11/26/22), which we paid $350 for our wedding flowers and we paid her an additional $750 to preserve them. During the time she had our flowers we attempted to contact her several times through email, phone call, social media pages and even family members to get ahold of her for an update on our flowers. ****** went several months without reaching out to us and when she did she blamed it on her health problems. A simple phone call or email with an update on our flowers was all we were wanting. A simple phone call or email giving us SOMETHING about what was going on would have sufficed but she kept us in the dark. ****** even have the excuse that we were contacting her during her business hours when no where in her contract, business pages or social media pages listed business hours. We even asked ****** what her business hours were and she wouldnt tell us. Now ****** is trying to ship our product to us when we are both local and we never agreed to have it shipped. No where in her contract does it mention the product must be, has to be, or will be shipped. We dont want our product to get damaged from being shipped and ****** will not meet us to get us our produce in person. We believe she is trying to cover up her poor work by having it shipped and saying it was damaged from the shipping. Please do not do business with this person, we have heard of at least two other people that she has done something similar too and we still have not received on product.
