    Better Business Bureau is advising consumers to use caution when considering doing business with Cultivate Wildflower. BBB has received a pattern of consumer complaints alleging failure to deliver ordered products, failure to provide refunds, failure to contact consumers and poor customer service.  

    On January 5, 2024, BBB sent a letter to Cultivate Wildflower.  The company did not respond.

      I paid $630 for floral preservation services in 4 payments completed on 7/22/23. Per the agreed contract, my products was supposed to be completed 10/22/23, with updates and pictures promised prior to completion. I sent an email 10/4/23 to get an update on the order. I finally received a response 10/23/23 stating the resin process hadn't started yet, but would be completed in 3-6 weeks. The design proposal took longer than expected, and the new completion date was moved to 1/31/24. I emailed again 2/2/24 making sure she had the correct address, and ****** told me she would send me tracking information by 2/14/24. I followed up the evening of 2/14/24 after not receiving an email. I have sent multiple emails since then, and I have heard nothing from the business since 2/2/24. I have emailed her several times since with no response or product. I just want my flowers back and a refund. I understand that there can be delays with anything, but the lack of communication is unprofessional.

      I paid $720 for products from this business and never received my products. I was promised to receive my products in August of 2023 and its almost January **** and they are refusing to give me a refund.

      I paid prior to service (as contract stated I do) for floral preservation services. This business not only has broken contract per the timeline, but lacks communication and follow through when asked to push the deadline. She has pushed my deadline 4 times without asking me for consent. She is hard to get in contact with. I still have not received my flowers after 7months AFTER the original proposed date (June 2023). She keeps saying "it will be done soon" and then pushes it back again. At this point, I just want me flowers back and a refund of my money. Her contract states that if I do not hold up my end of payment, she will withhold flowers. But if she doesn't follow through and keep up with her end, what do I have from her? It also states to keep up with social media to keep track of product, but she has not posted since 2022.

      Floral resin preservation services paid for in the amount of $825, paid off in 4 payments last payment on 10/31/22. Contract was signed with the business owner, I have copies of this and all email communication. Per contract, product was to be produced by 4/22/23. I have still not received the product I ordered. Requested a refund, was told no. Then was told I would receive a partial refund of $50. Product has still not been shipped to me, and I have been given multiple different timeframes and dates that it would be received in the past 8 months

      I gave my wedding flowers personally to this business on 9/18/22 for her to preserve and create something beautiful with my flowers. I had not heard an update on anything on 2/1/23 so I sent out an email on 2/2/23 and she responded the next day on 2/3/23 stating that she was behind and that fall brides returns take awhile and that she planned on having the order done by *****. She also stated she was having medical issues and that was part of the delay. Months passed and never got my update. So I reached out on 6/2/23 asking for an update. I got no return email and sent a follow up on 6/9/23. She emailed back on 6/14/23 and I responded with changes that I wanted to my arrangement. Without hearing confirmation I sent another email 6/23/23 about the changes I would like. She then reached out on 7/8/23. I told her I loved the new design. 2 months went by without an email or an update. I reached out on 9/6/23 expressing my frustration that it was almost exactly a year since I gave her my flowers. She followed up the same day saying she poured my flowers and all she needed to do was a top coat and sanding. Another month went by and I reached out on 10/9/23. She responded within her 2-3 days asking for my address to ship it. My product arrived. I then sent her an email expressing the disappointment I found in my product. It looks rushed like she did it last minute, majority of the flowers became see through and there are many many bubbles. She responded promptly giving me excuses as to why that happens. As someone who did tons of research I know there are simple ways to avoid those things from happening. Im very upset at how childish it looks and how she didnt take accountability for her actions.

      I entered into a contract with ****** ******* of Cultivate Wildflower to preserve a wedding bouquet from a wedding event on July 3, 2022. I signed the contract on the 3rd and released flowers to her for preservation on the 3rd. I was advised that the drying and preservation of flowers takes time and setting them in resin also requires time. As of July 5th, 2023, I have not received the agreed preserved flowers and I cannot get her to contact me although I've attempted to make contact with her by every possible avenue (left voicemail, text message, Facebook message, email, online chat). She has removed the review option on all of her promotional pages, but still attends promotional events for wedding partnerships.

      I have received responses from Cultivate Wildflower/****** after texting and calling her a second time.  She said she allows for 2-3 business days prior to responding to contacts.  I still do not have confirmation of the completion of the project or a status update, but she did respond to let me know she received the messages and said she will send me an email with an update to the project.
