            This business has had my sons laptop for more than six weeks now. There was an issue with the power supply and the business ordered the wrong parts. We gave the business three more weeks and came back to check on it and the business was still not done being vague about whether or not the parts were ordered. They said they needed two more days. I came in two days later and the laptop was not done and they said they needed three more days. I told him that it was enough and that he needed to bring my son‘s laptop and power cord to me, and refund the $177 they collected from us, noting that their performance had been quite poor. He refused, and when I mentioned I was going to file a complaint with the BBB, he called me a jerk. I asked if he was going to go get the laptop and refund our money and he said “not unless you apologize to me”. I was quite perplexed by the fact that he called me a jerk but then wanted me to apologize to him. I left and have not heard from them.

            I brought to them my external drive for data recovery. **** charged me $150 and told they could do it and he will call me back in one week. He never called. Each time I was calling them - he told that it is almost done and they finish by the end of the week. After 2.5 month I came to pickup my item - they took it a part, nothing done and for sure no money back.Never use them for anything !!
