Mr. ****** ******* ** ***** ******** sold me a Deer hunt to be used in one of the hunting camps of IMB Outfitters under the guise of it was a discounted hunt and the $1,000 would go to his charity work ******* *********s. I paid by credit card. IMB Outfitters has camps in Iowa, Missouri and Illinois. I chose Iowa due to having hunted there before. Iowa deer tags run off a lottery system and I did not draw in the Iowa deer lottery so I had the option to roll the hunt into this year. When I went to schedule the hunt with Mr. *******’s staff this season I was told they let go all their staff and IMB had folded up. I search all public records and there are no bankruptcy filings Mr. ******* just took my money and walked. After many unanswered phone calls, emails and letters I received a letter that said the following:
    February 22, 2023

Be advised that IMB Outfitters has ceased operations due to financial difficulties. Please understand that there are no funds available.
Regrettably, no future hunts will be available or offered. All board members and Officers have resigned and there are no officers, employees or directors of the company.
    Respectfully,
*** ********** ***** ******* **** ***** ****** ** ***** That brings me to today (4/28/23) Mr. *******’s IMB Outfitters F******* **** (which has been dormant since January 2023) has a link to a new Deer hunting company called Midwest trophy farms. The link is ********************** He does not answer phone calls or emails.
    He has multiple businesses
