My experience with ******* in customer service at ********************** was extremely disappointing. When I called to inquire about the status of a delayed shipment, *******'s response was beyond unhelpful. Not only did she dismissively state that they were too busy for my business, but she also claimed she lacked the authority to assist me. Instead of addressing my concern, she went on to overwhelm me with internal operation processes and challenges, completely disregarding the issue at hand. This level of disregard for customer concerns and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I hope Stark Bro's Nursery takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that other customers don't have to endure similar experiencesStark Bro's Nursery & Orchards Co Response

I bought a red grape last year. It didn't make it. Stark brothers said they would replace it this year. I have checked on line and you CAN ORDER red grapes if you want them. But they will not warranty what they have already sold. It seems like you are wanting us to cancel. Then order new. That way YOU don't lose any money in process. You are slowly going down hill. I used to talk good about you, but not any more. I was told I may not get my replacement this year. Depends if you run out or not. I was guaranteed I would get mine the first of this year from when I talked to someone last year. Nothing but a blatant lie. Since you DO have them for sale, WHY CAN'T YOU HONOR YOUR WARRANTY.Review from Anthony F

I have ordered from Stark nursery for the last 4 years. Their products are always delivered well packaged and healthy. As a person relatively new to gardening and trying to produce my own produce and fruits Stark has made the learning curve much shorter because their plants are healthy and just grow! After my experiences with other companies not living up to what they claim. Having a company do what they say today is refreshing! Recommend this company first over all the rest!Review from Jeff L

I still buy a few plants from our local nurseries. But I no longer go to the local nurseries for needed advice or help with any kind problem plants. Stark ***** are no only very prompt but they are batting 100% on their advice on problem plants. I'd say most of the time when I ask them for advice on a problem plant their first respond is "We'll send you a new plant". They would probably tell you I'm a pain but I'll tell you they are number 1. Thanks **********Review from Jacqueline L

To Starks,Thank you for your blazing fast response and for sending out the blueberry plants that I ordered. AND I cant believe you even told me I could keep the lovely plants that were sent in error!Starks is #1 on my list, not only for mail order plants, trees and supplies, but for ANY online merchant! I just wanted to thank you. Weeks ago I wrote about my Honeycrisp I bought from you. It had lost all its foliage shortly after planting and I wasnt sure if it was dying or in shock. (It was just in shock) Your team gave me a couple suggestions, and the tree is doing great now! Almost caught ** in foliage to the Pink Lady I got from you at the same time.Whoever took the time to address my concerns earned you a customer for life. Our Extension Agent and my parents recommended Stark Brothers for our new trees. We were very pleased with the Stark Brothers ordering process. There is a great deal of information on the website that helps with deciding which trees are appropriate. The ordering process was easy and we needed a specific delivery date which they accommodated. Dealing with customer service was easy and the representatives were helpful. It was a pleasant experience!Review from Vicky B

First I ordered two mulberry trees from Stark Brothers to plant into my chicken yard and they were so healthy and happy when they arrived. In the yard they are already establlishing themselves and taking off. They came way faster than I expected. So I ordered a mandarine orange, and a grapefruit potted tree. They showed up bushy, healthy and wonderful. The two pecan trees I ordered just arrived and they are also great! I can't wait to get them planted into the ground. I was sent a diseased "moon glow pear, the n I complained and sent a picture of the black spots on the leaves I was told that it is a fungal disease and I should treat it with a fungicide ,I suggested to send the tree back for them to treat it whit a fungicide and to send ne a healthy tree in return and to blame them if other fruit trees in ********** are contaminated by the fungal disease, then they said that they will credit Tre cost of the tree to my credit card. an d that I should destroy the diseased tree . I waisted more than 1 month waiting for this tree to be delivered ,the right thing to do was to replace the diseased tree with a healthy one what should have been done in the first placeReview from Jarrod M

After my last order was received I was blown away at the fastidious packaging of the order. Every plant was protected and healthy. And the crazy thing, the prices are very competitive.Every plant was healthy. They've earned a lifetime customer. Just placed my second order. Be aware, they sometime delay an order. But it's worth it when you see how much extra time they take to package every plant.
