I called MASH out for a problem with the furnace on Saturday 1/13/24. The technician arrived and stated that it was a intake motor that supplies air to the furnace that needed to be fixed. On Monday, ***** from MASH called an asked if the furnace was still doing the same thing. I told him **** and he said he would order the part. I called them on 1/18/24 and they still did not order the part. I was told it would be ordered that day and that it would be in Monday 1/22/24. It was not in on Monday. I called again and and there was no record of it. Finally, I got a call on 1/29/24 from ***** stating that they would not be fixing my furnace and that I should find someone else. They did however wave the **** fee from 1/13/24 which stated that the technician cleaned the furnace which he did not. I do not recommend using this company and I now have to go through the process of having another company come in and work on my heater.

We inspected the furnace on a Saturday. The unit was working as it should, and the home's temperature was satisfied at the time, (with sub zero temps outside). We gave our best guess, based on conversations of what it was doing prior, that if if it had issues going forward, it could possibly need a few parts. We are a ******* and ****** dealer so we are not as versed in Trane units. We waived his fee and suggested he find another servicer to work on that particular furnace.
