I called State Wide Waterproofing for a water issue in our basement. The owner and his ******* came to our house right away. They immediately began searching for the cause of the problem. The owner continually reassured me that we had a choice to go with his company or another company, even after he had found the problem. My husband and I chose to have him fix the issue. The owner and his employees were back at our house in a FEW DAYS to fix the water problem. After, that was completed, he walked around the house showing us other issues that *** cause other water problems. He gave us different solutions for the said problems. We chose to have State Wide Waterproofing fix those problems as well. It has been almost 2 months since they have fixed all of our water problems, and we could not be happier!!!! They fixed cracks in our foundation, laid drain pipes (replacing the grass perfectly) and fixed cracks in an outdoor retaining wall. Everything that he and his crew did to fix our water problem and future issues, are completely FIXED!!! He and his crew were completely professional, very kind, and very accommodating, and always VERY PROMPT!!! I never had to wonder when they were going to be at the house. This company went above and beyond what was asked. If any of my family, friends, or coworkers needed a reliable and affordable company to waterproof their home, I would NOT HESITATE referring this company.
