      I use my "Beach Home" 3 months out of the year. On average to fill my take $86. Last year my bill was over $300. In previous years I had to call when I was low on gas and they would come out and fill the ***** Now they auto fill it without calling me or asking if I need gas. How do I know how much they are charging and the % my take is? This is rediculous. My tank was only down 20% full 80% and I was charged. When did they come out and why was I not notified?Now they have sent le a collection notice for a fee I never knew about.

      Worst gas company I've ever bought product from. Very expensive compared to other companies

      We ordered gas a week before the flood of July 28, 2022. We were told it would be a week before it would be delivered. We paid in advance. Of course, once the flood came, we lost water and electricity. Thankfully, we did not lose any family members or our home. We ran our generator from Thursday , July 28 to Sunday , July 30. We did not run it thru the day trying to conserve propane to protect our freezer. On Monday, we called FerrellGas requesting our order be delivered earlier. We have a family friend who knows one of their drivers. He told us that it could be delivered earlier. However, the lady answering the phone refused to work with us. Therefore, we called a competitor and discussed delivery. Guess what? They delivered within 30 minutes of our phone call. Yes, it was a little more money. However, it was worth saving the food in our freezer. We were able to run the ac at night and be comfortable. Yes, we will continue to do business with the competition. They deliver when needed, not when they chose to take a notion to. Heads up, if FerrellGas owns your tank and you dont buy the required amount of propane each year, dont be surprised to come home and find your tank gone. FerrellGas has a reputation of this! I have heard several people complain about this.
