    It's the worst company don't use it don't waste your money and your time

    Hi Akabar,

    We regret to hear you feel this way. In reviewing your account it appears you have been quite abusive to our staff, which is not appreciated nor necessary. You made $1,495 worth of claims since you enrolled less than two months ago while only paying in $158, so we are clearly not a waste of money. If you have a fact-based complaint please let us know so we can actually address those concerns.

    We have used Complete Protection for probably 15 years (on and off). We switched to another company that was less expensive but found them to not be easy to work with so after 2 years we switched back to Complete Protection and are SO HAPPY that we did. Yes, they may charge a little more but they cover a lot more and you don't even have to pay for service calls.; We are able to use any local contractor which the other company did not allow so using CP allows us to use someone we trust. We are in the process of moving and intend to use CP when we move to TX. Try them, you will not be sorry

    I have to say this is the best insurance/warranty company I deal with.
    i filed two claims and both of them are approved without any issue.
    the customer service is always ready there and I needn't wait for 1 hour like other home warranty company.
    I will give 100 stars if I can

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Complete Home Warranty due to unsatisfactory services and unacceptable customer service experiences. I hope that you can assist me in addressing the following issues and reaching a fair resolution.
    On January 17, 2024, I contacted Complete Home Warranty to request the cancellation of my services effective immediately. Despite my repeated attempts to seek reimbursement for plumbing work I completed at my address, I have not received any compensation as per the terms of my warranty agreement.
    Furthermore, my recent interaction with a staff member during my inquiry about the floodlights in my living room was highly disappointing. The individual I spoke with displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude, which is completely unacceptable. Moreover, I was informed that I would bear the responsibility of arranging and paying for an electrician, directly contradicting the coverage and assistance promised under my service agreement.
    Given the lack of reimbursement for the plumbing work and the unhelpful behavior of your staff, I no longer see any value in continuing my association with Complete Home Warranty. I firmly believe that the quality of service provided thus far falls significantly short of reasonable expectations. Therefore, I am requesting immediate action to cancel my services and subsequent confirmation along with a cancellation number, to ensure a seamless discontinuation of my agreement.

    Hi Tim, in reviewing your account, we have no record at all of any recent plumbing claims for you. The last plumbing claim was in June 2022 and was paid within a week of receipt.

    In terms of not having a service referral available for electrical work, we never promise to provide referrals. As was explained over the phone, you are able to utilize any local electrician of your choosing. We understand if that is not preferable to you, however, Section F5 of our Terms and Conditions states "You may utilize a service company of Your own choosing, or the Company may provide You with a referral, if available." We certainly regret you feel disappointed we don't have service referral available for you, but we have delivered services exactly as promised. Unfortunately, it is logistically impossible to have a service provider available in every market and in every specialty at all times.

    It appears you already called to cancel your account, which we have done. We also sent email confirmation to you, along with a copy of the above-referenced Terms and Conditions.

    This place is a joke. They call themselves complete protection? They're supposed to give me $300. for a hot water heater, cost me $1,600. Now they're saying the claim will be paid in 30 working days; a month and a half? Who does business that way. What a horrible ***

    Hi ***,

    When an item cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced entirely, we do not offer full replacement. We are very transparent about what the plans do and do not cover. This policy, along with the corresponding payout amounts, are viewable on our FAQ page online, as well as on our Terms and Conditions (also available online as well as emailed to every customer upon enrollment). Payment terms are net 30, which is fairly standard across most business channels. We regret you are dissatisfied, however, we have delivered service exactly as promised.
