            Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is contracted to perform sewer service line spot repair at ***** * ***** ******* ******* ** *****. Benjamin Franklin quoted $ 6500.00 for the job if the street cut is not required. Benjamin Franklin quoted additional $ 7500.00 if the street and curb cut is required. The work started on March 30. The dispute is regarding workmanship. There is a leakage in repair and repair left a piece of clay tile pipe in the sewer which is now stuck in the sewer. Benjamin franklin did not attempt to resolve the problem. Warranty period in the invoice is shorter than initially discussed. Please see attached document for detail.
